Neurovegetative Untersuchungen und Therapie-Ergebnisse bei klimakterischen Frauen

Zusammenfassung

Nach Darlegung des eigenen Schemas von der endokrinen Umstellung im Klimakterium wird auf die vegetativen Störungen in der Postmenopause eingegangen. Mit Hilfe von speziellen, vegetativen Untersuchungsmethoden (Teste) wird nachgewiesen, daß die Wallungen hypersympathicotone, lokalisierte Anfälle darstellen. Auch außerhalb der Wallungen ist eine allgemeine Hypersympathicotonie feststellbar. Diese vegetative Störung hat ihre Ursache im Wegfall des Follikelhormons als Parasympathicotonicum, womit das vegetative Gleichgewicht auseinanderfällt. Die Besserung der klimakterischen Beschwerden durch Verabreichung von Parasympathicotonica wie Reserpin, Androgene oder Follikelhormon oder Kombinationen davon, ist in den vegetativen Testen durch Normalisierung objektivierbar. Am Schluß werden die therapeutischen Richtlinien gegeben.
