Die Formveränderungen des Uterus während des Menstruationscyclus

Zusammenfassung

In 87 Fällen wurde die Hysterosalpingographie zu verschiedenen Zeiten des Menstruationscyclus ausgeführt. 29 Frauen hatten nicht geboren. Bei 8 Frauen wurde die Untersuchung zweimal durchgeführt. Die Form des Uterus wurde an dem Frontal- und Seitenbud mit einer besonderen Methodik ausgemessen.

Die Untersuchungen ergaben, daß sich das Cavum uteri während der Ovulation und prä- und postmenstruell verkleinert, was man auf der Frontalaufnahme als konkave Einbuchtungen des Fundus und der Seitenwände erkennen kann. Nach der Ovulation erweitert sich das Cavum uteri und seine Wände sind konvex nach außen gekrümmt. — Der Isthmus uteri verengert sich in der Sekretionsphase nach der Ovulation am stärksten.

Die Fehlerquellen der Methode werden diskutiert. Es besteht die Absicht, die Untersuchungen zu intensivieren.
