Summary
This is a report on diagnostic, age structure, treatment and results in a group of 377 cases of Ca in situ. The necessity of histologic examinations by serial sections is pointed out: In 220 cases of Ca in situ there were 32 cases of early invasive carcinoma. Those cases which had developed recurrences are commented on in detail. It is discussed in which of the cases conization could be considered to be the final treatment and which of the cases should require a more extensive procedure.

Es wird über die Diagnostik, Altersstruktur, Therapie und die Ergebnisse bei einem Kollektiv von 377 Ca. in situ-Fällen berichtet.
Auf die Notwendigkeit der histologischen Serienschnittuntersuchung — bei 220 Ca. in situ-Fällen fanden sich 32 beginnende invasive Carcinome — wird hingewiesen. Die aufgetretenen Rezidive werden ausführlich erörtert.
Es wird diskutiert, wann die Konisation als endgültige Therapie angesehen werden darf und wann man sich zu einem größeren Eingriff entschließen sollte.
