Die Altersbestimmung von Kanüleneinstichen mittels enzymhistochemischer Methoden

Zusammenfassung

Mittels histochemischer Methoden wird nach Kanüleneinstichen in die Rattenhaut das Aktivitätsverhalten einer Reihe von Enzymen untersucht. Durch die zeitlichen Verschiebungen der Maxima und die Aktivitätsunterschiede von 9 Enzymen ist eine relativ genaue Aussage über den Zeitpunkt des Kanüleneinstiches möglich.

Summary

Activity of a series of enzymes is examined by means of histochemical methods following syringe injections into rat skin. On the basis of temporal changes of the maxima and activity differences of nine enzymes a relative reliable statement regarding the time of the syringe injection becomes possible.
