Die knöchernen Verletzungen am Processus anterior calcanei

Zusammenfassung

1. Über die bisher wenig bekannte aber häufige knöcherne Verletzung des Processus anterior calcanei im vorderen Bereich des unteren Sprunggelenkes wird berichtet. Insgesamt konnten 47 Beobachtungen ausgewertet werden.

2. Von 200 groben Distorsionen der Sprunggelenke mußte dasuntere Sprunggelenk 107mal und dasobere Sprunggelenk nur 93mal geröntgt werden.

3. Diesesunerwartete Überwiegen der Verletzungen des unteren Sprunggelenkes ergibt sich, wenn im Zweifelsfall durch sanfte Palpation ermittelt werden muß, ob das untereoder obere Sprunggelenk geröntgt werden soll.

4. Die knöcherne Verletzung des P.a.c. wird im Gipsverbandohne Belastung ruhiggestellt.

5. Ein akzessorischer Calcaneus secundarius oder eine Coalitio calcaneo-navicularis müssen röntgenologisch ausgeschlossen werden, um Täuschungen zu vermeiden.
