Ein neuartiges elektronisches Densitometer zur raschen Auswertung von Pherogrammen und trägerfreien Trennungen

Abstract

A new method is described which is based on the principle of the “flying spot” and which avoids errors caused by the normal optical split completely. By means of a Vidion camera and a suitable optical system the method can be used independently of the shape of the pherograms. A change from the visible to the ultraviolet region is possible. Combination of this system with a free-flow electrophoresis chamber allows continous observation of electrophoretic separations or fast and convenient routine analyses.

Zusammenfassung

Zur schnellen Auswertung von Pherogrammen wird ein Verfahren angegeben, das nach dem Prinzip des „flying spot“ arbeitet und die Spaltfehler vermeidet. Mit Hilfe einer Vidikonkamera und geeigneter Optik kann das Verfahren vom Pherogrammformat unabhängig gestaltet werden. Der Übergang vom sichtbaren Gebiet in das UV ist möglich. Die Kombination mit einer schnellen, trägerfreien, kontinuierlich arbeitenden Elektrophoresekammer läßt eine laufende Überwachung oder schnelle und bequeme, quantitative Routineanalyse zu.
