Acanthosis nigricans und Krebs

Zusammenfassung

A. n., eine benigne Hautkrankheit, kommt in 2 Formen vor. Die Form, die mit einem internen Krebs kombiniert ist, wird “maligne” genannt. Die Form ohne diese Kombination heißt “benigne”. Der in der Kombination anzutreffende Krebs ist sehr maligne. Bei “maligner” A. n. aktivieren Krebsstoffe, bei “benigner” A. n. Sexualhormone das Hautleiden. “Benigne” und “maligne” A. n. sind als Genodermatosen zu betrachten. Es ist auf Grund von Familiengeschichten, dem Studium der Eigenschaften dieser Krebse und der Beziehungen zwischen ihnen und A. n. anzunehmen, daß eine genetische Beziehungen zwischen A. n. und Krebs vorliegt, und daß die mit A. n. vorkommenden Krebse eventuell genetisch bedingt sind.
