Cancerogene Wirkung von Diäthylnitrosamin bei Schweinen

Cancerogenic activity of diethylnitrosamine on pigs

Summary

Diethylnitrosamine was given orally in two pigs in daily dosages of 1,5–3,0 mg/kg. 470 resp. 594 days after beginning of treatment the animals were killed and showed severy hepatic cirrhosis and hepatomas. In one case an adenoma of a kidney was found aditionally.

Zusammenfassung

Diäthylnitrosamin wurde oral an zwei Schweinen in täglichen Dosen von 1,5–3,0 mg/kg verabreicht. 470 bzw. 594 Tage nach Behandlungsbeginn wurden die Tiere getötet und zeigten schwere Lebercirrhosen und Hepatome. In einem Fall wurde zusätzlich ein Nierenadenom beobachtet.
