B. Tumorzellen/Wirtszellen).
Summary
The authors describe a new method of cell suspension culture. It consists in preventing cell adhesion by using a non-adhesive agar substratum. The non-adhering cells are aggregating in suspension. The morphological study of these cell islands revealed viability and proliferation. It is assumed that the described technique may be of importance in testing histocompatibility of different types of cells cultivated together (e. g. tumor cells/host cells).
