Zusammenfassung

Im Mäuse-Ascitestumor kann nach der Injektion von Homogenisat des gleichen Tumors eine Mitosewelle beobachtet werden. Von 3 Fraktionen des Homogenisats: Kernfraktion, Mitochondrienfraktion und Überstand zeigte nur die Mitochondrienfraktion die gleiche Wirkung.
