Polarität und Selektivität von gaschromatographischen Trennflüssigkeiten

Summary

Selectivity and polarity in gas-liquid chromatography are defined and discussed. They represent semi-empirical resp. purely empirical characteristics for stationary liquids. Both values may be expressed in index units according to Kovats. Stationary liquids can be described in terms of polarity factors.

Zusammenfassung

Die Begriffe Selektivität und Polarität in der Gaschromatographie werden definiert und diskutiert. Sie stellen halbempirische bzw. rein empirische Kennzahlen für stationäre Flüssigkeiten dar. Beide Größen lassen sich in Indexeinheiten nach Kovats angeben. Die Beschreibung von stationären Flüssigkeiten ist durch Polaritätsfaktoren möglich.
