Zur Diagnostik und Therapie der Melanocytoblastome

Zusammenfassung

Die Resultate der entwicklungsgeschichtlichen Forschung, der experimentellen Zoologie und der Biochemie des Pigmentstoffwechsels werden insoweit besprochen, als sich daraus Rückschlüsse auf die Genese der Melanocytoblastome und neue diagnostische Möglichkeiten ergeben. Im klinischen Teil werden differentialdiagnostisch wichtige, pigmentierte Tumoren einschlie\lich des juvenilen Melanoms gegen das M. abgegrenzt und über die Erfahrungen mit der P 32-Tracer-Methode berichtet. Sichtung der im Schrifttum niedergelegten Ergebnisse chirurgischer, elektrochirurgischer und strahlentherapeutischer Behandlungsmaßnahmen, tabellarische Darstellung und kritische Auswertung der eigenen Befunde an 58 Kranken mit M. und II Fällen von circumscripter Melanose.
