Abstract
A male infant is described with characteristic facial dysmorphism, muscular hypertonia with flexion contractures of the arms and legs, hoarse and low-pitched cry, macrosomia at birth, and dysharmonic acceleration of skeletal maturation in the first months of life. Clinical signs and roentgenographic abnormalities support the diagnosis of the Weaver syndrome.
