Detection in high-pressure liquid chromatography

Abstract

Techniques, methods and problems of detection in highpressure liquid chromatography are discussed on the basis of recent publications. Experiences and findings from the field of gas-chromatographic detection are also dealt with.

Zusammenfassung

Techniken, Methoden und Probleme der Detektion in der Hochdruck-Flüssigkeits-Chromatographie werden an Hand jüngerer Veröffentlichungen diskutiert. Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse aus dem Bereich der gas-chromatographischen Detektion werden ebenfalls berücksichtigt.
