Spontaneously resolving pulmonary lesions in paracoccidioidomycosis

Abstract

A case of spontaneously healed pulmonary paracoccidioidal lesions is reported. The correlation of reported cases of regressive lesions with the clinical forms of the mycosis is attempted.
