Neue Nahttechnik der subcutanen Achillessehnenruptur

Summary

First of all the different possible causes from which the subcutan rupture of the Achilles-tendon arises and a short diagnoses will be discussed — that will be done by studying a large number of patients suffering from that hurt. Concerning the treatment of the tendonrupture we want to refer to a new method of suture. After a detailed discussion of the same there will be shown the advantages against the method practised until now, at which the results, basing on a long series of postexaminations, can be compared.

Résumé

Tout d'abord il sera discuté, au moyen d'une riche documentation de blessés, les différentes raisons de l'origine et brièvement le diagnostic de la déchirure du tendon d'Achille subcutanen. En ce qui concerne le traitement du tendon nous signalons une méthode nouvelle de la suture. Après une discussion détaillée sur cette dernière, les avantages seront mis en évidence par rapport à la méthode pratiquée jusqu' à présent. Les résultats peuvent être comparés en se basant sur une série de visites médicales postopératoires.

Zusammenfassung

Es werden zunächst an Hand eines großen Verletztenmaterials die verschiedenen möglichen Entstehungsursachen und kurz die Diagnose des subcutanen Achillessehnenrisses besprochen. Bei der Behandlung des Sehnenrisses kann auf eine neue Methode der Naht hingewiesen werden. Nach ausführlicher Besprechung derselben werden die Vorteile gegenüber den bisher geübten Methoden aufgezeigt, wobei die Ergebnisse auf Grund einer großen Nachuntersuchungsserie verglichen werden können.
