Chondrosis dissecans ochronotica des Hüftgelenkes

Summary

Report of a 61 year old female patient suffering from alcaptonuria showing the corresponding changes of the vertebral column and the joints. On account of an ochronotic arthropathy of both hips, first an arthrodesis of the right hip and 2 years later a total prosthetic-replacement on the left side has been performed.

Résumé.

L'auteur rapporte un cas d'alcaptonurie chez une femme de 61 ans avec les altérations typiques articulaires et vertebrales. À cause d'une arthropathie ochronotique des hanches il a fallu premiérement l'arthrodèse de la hauche droite et 2 ans après une arthroplastie totale de l'autre hanche.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine 61jährige, an Alkaptonurie leidende Patientin mit entsprechenden Wirbelsäulen- und Gelenksveränderungen berichtet. Wegen einer Arthropathia ochronotica beider Hüftgelenke wurde zunächst eine Arthrodese des rechten Hüftgelenkes vorgenommen und 2 Jahre später links eine Totalendoprothese eingesetzt.
