Zusammenfassung
Es werden die Resultate einer Nachuntersuchung von 50 Füßen, die einer Fuß-Arthrodese-Arthrorhise-Operation nach Lambrinudi vor durchschnittlich 8 Jahren unterzogen worden waren, kritisch gewertet. In 70% wurden sehr gute und gute Resultate erzielt. Bei 60% der Fälle war keine Hängefußzunahme festzustellen.

Un contrôle de 50 pieds opérés par d'arthrodèse-arthrorhise selon Lambrinudi montre des r%esultats excellents et bons en 70%. La dur%ee moyenne depuis l'opération est de 8 ans. En 60% des cas on ne pouvait pas constater une augmentation du pied équin.
Summary
A follow-up study was performed on 50 feet at the average of 8 years after Lambrinudi's arthrodesis-arthrorhisis-operation. There were 70% of excellent and good results. No increase of drop-foot-deformity was found in 60%.
