Zusammenfassung
Bei 50 Patienten mit therapeutischer partiell lamellierender Keratoplastik wegen chronisch rezidivierender Keratitis herpetica wurden Bestimmungen der Blutgruppe, des Isoantikörpertiters im Serum und der Isoantikörper in der Tränenflüssigkeit durchgeführt. Außerdem erfolgte die Bestimmung der Blutgruppenantigene beim Spender. Spättrübungen des Transplantates waren bei Blutgruppenunverträglichkeit am häufigsten festzustellen. Die Ergebnisse wurden im Zusammenhang mit den bisherigen Mitteilungen im Schrifttum diskutiert.
Summary
In 50 patients with therapeutic partial lamellar keratoplasty the blood-group, isoagglutinin titer of serum and isoagglutinins in tear-fluid were determined. Besides the blood-group antigens of donors were examined. Late clouding of corneal grafts were found most frequently in incompatibility of blood-groups. The results were discussed in connection with references in the opthalmic literature.
