U(1)-supersymmetric extension of the Liouville equation

Abstract

The N=2 supersymmetric extension of the Liouville equation is presented. We construct for it the zero-curvature representation (on superalgebra osp(2|2)) together with an associated linear set, find its general solution and discuss the reduction to the N=1 case. An intrinsic connection of the N=0, N=1, and N=2 Liouville equations with the infinite dimensional contact (super)algebras IK(1), IK(1|1) and IK(1|2) from Kac's list is established.
