Muscimol and the uptake of γ-aminobutyric acid by rat brain slices

Abstract

Muscimol is a weak, non-competitive inhibitor (K i 1.2×10−3 M) of the uptake of γ-aminobutyric acid by slices of rat cerebral cortex.
