Zusammenfassung
Es wird eine Methode beschrieben, mit deren Hilfe der Säurebasenhaushalt (pH, pCO2, Standardbicarbonat und Basenüberschuß) von Erythrocyten neben dem des dazugehörigen Vollblutes in ca. 25 min mit dem Astrup-Mikroequipment bestimmt werden kann.
Reproduzierbarkeit und Absolutgenauigkeit des Verfahrens werden geprüft. Als Fehlerquellen werden Temperatureinflüsse, Beimengungen von Plasma und anderen Blutzellen und Veränderungen des Diffusionspotentials besprochen. Die Linearität für die Beziehung log pCO2/pH und die Äquilibrierzeit des Hämolysates wurden untersucht.
Aus dem arteriellen Blut von zehn gesunden Erwachsenen wurden folgende Normalwerte für den Erythrocyten ermittelt:
pH=7,249 (s=0,009), pCO2=43,8 mm Hg (s=2,6), Standardbicarbonat=15,9 mval/l (s=0,44) und Basenüberschuß=−13,5 mval/l (s=1,2). Für die mittlere K+-Konzentration im Erythrocyten ergab sich dabei ein Wert von 102 mval/l (s=4,9), die Na-Konzentration betrug 13,7 mval/l (s=1,09).
