Summary

The authors deseribe an observation of bilateral aneurysm of the internal carotid artery within the region of the cavernous sinus. The radiological, angiographical and phlébographical aspects are discussed.

Les auteurs rapportent une observation d'un anévrysme bilatéral de l'artère carotide interne dans la région du sinus caverneux. Ils discutent les aspects radiologiques, artériographiques et phlébographiques.
