Summary

A case of cerebello pontine angle syndrome is reported in which the cause was an atherosclerotic and tortuous basilar artery, with functional loss of the acoustic nerve and irritation of the trigeminal nerve.

Les auteurs rapportent un cas de syndrome de l'angle pontocérébelleux dont l'origine résidait en une artère basilaire athéroscléreuse, avec perte fonctionnelle du nerf acoustique et irritation du nerf trijumeau.

Zusammenfassung

Fallbeschreibung eines Patienten mit einer Kleinhirnbrückenwinkel-Symptomatik, die durch eine arteriosklerotisch veränderte A. basilaris hervorgerufen wurde.
