Summary
An unusual case of the extradural internal carotid artery aneurysm associated with the abnormal course of the anterior cerebral artery and other multiple anomalies of the cerebral arteries was presented. In addition, a high position and a coarctation of the aortic arch and a hypoplasia of the left subclavian artery were demonstrated by angiography, but the vertebro-basilar system was essentially normal.
