Summary
Parallel to the introduction of the first commercial electron-gas SNMS system INA-3, a forum of nearly all middle-European users was established. One of the first activities was a round robin study to check the reproducibility of quantification parameters. First results showed pronounced differences of sensitivity factors in many cases. As a consequence some experimental rules have been worked out. Their effect on reproducibility was checked in a second round robin study.
