Morphinähnlich wirkende Analgetika und Darmmotorik

Zusammenfassung

Versuche am Peristaltikreflex des Meerschweinchendünndarms ergaben bei den morphinähnlich wirkenden Analgeticis eine weitgehende Parallelität zwischen peristaltikhemmender und analgetischer Wirksamkeit. Dies gilt auch für die optischen Isomeren gleicher Verbindungen und auch für die Hemmung der Kotabscheidung an der Ratte.

Bei der spasmolytischen Wirkung besteht ein derartiges Parallelgehen mit der Analgesie nicht.

Aus der auch in anderer Beziehung bestehenden Analogie zwischen Peristaltikhemmung und Analgesie wird auch auf ähnliche Angriffspunkte geschlossen, die in den zwischenneuronalen Schaltstellen angenommen werden.
