Summary
The effect of polymer (Eudragit S-100) concentrations on the recovery of proteins was studied in the affinity precipitation experiments. Proteins/enzymes were precipitated quantitatively at all polymer concentrations used (0.05 – 1%). The polymer concentrations used had remarkable effect on the recovery of the precipitated proteins.
