Brown tumor in normocalcemic child

Summary

Brown tumor as the only and initial symptom of normocalcemic hyperparathyroidism in childhood is a very rare pathology. A 7-year-old girl with normocalcemic hyperparathyroidism and brown tumor of her mandible is presented.
