Summary
Growth of a mixed culture, Pseudomonas palleronii and Agrobacterium radiobacter using the toxic chemical “4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid” was followed by: the measurement of the total cell density by using cell counter and the plate count procedure for enumerating each strain according to the different morphology. The results from these two procedures deviated considerably due to the inability to form colonies on solid agar media.
