Über eine seltene Nachkrankheit der netzhaut nach thermischen behandlungen, nebst entoptischen beobachtungen

Zusammenfassung

Beschreibung einer zwar seltenen, aber typischen zentralen plastischen Retinitis, die als Nachkrankheit nach Eingriffen wegen ablatio retinae bei einer und derselben Patientin dreimal zur Beobachtung kam- nach gewöhnlicher Diatermie, nach Lichtkoagulation und Skleraresektion mit Diathermie. Von der Patientin gemachte Zeichnungen entoptischer Beobachtungen weisen darauf hin, dass gesetzte Brandherde durch Traktionen in viel weiter reichendem Umfang Wirkungen entfalten, als ophthalmoskopisch erkennbar ist.

Description d'une rétinite plastique centrale typique. Cette affection rare est survenue trois fois chez la même malade à la suite d'interventions dirigées contre un décollement de la rétine - simple diathermie, photocoagulation, résection sclérale avec diathermie. Les dessins faits par la patiente, reproduisant ses observations entoptiques, indiquent qu'à la suite de tractions les foyers thermiques produisent des effects bien plus étendus que ceux qui sont reconnaissables à l'ophtalmoscopie.

Description of a rare, but typical central plastic retinitis which was seen three times in the same patient after operations for retinal detachment - common diathermy, photocoagulation and sclerectomy with diathermy. The drawings of the entoptic observations made by the patient show that the thermic treatment, indirectly through tractions, extends much larger than it is possible to recognize with the ophthalmoscope.
