Abstract
Men normally receive liposuction in the abdomen, waist, and face. However, the number of patients undergoing breast liposuction is increasing. In most cases, male patients with a heavy weight who want abdomen and waist liposuction also want to receive breast liposuction owing to breast hypertrophy. Gynecomastia can be divided into two types. True gynecomastia develops in the breast parenchymal tissue. False female breast is when there is a large quantity of fat in the breast. In real clinical cases, most men receiving breast liposuction have a lot of fat in their breasts. Therefore, I just call this operation simply male breast liposuction. Male breast liposuction has been known to be difficult, as fat fibrosis is stronger than in other areas. In fact, it is rather easy fat is simply suctioned from a flat surface. In the case of the development of parenchymal tissue, this does not occur all over the breasts. A large amount is distributed around the nipple-areolar complex. If fat is suctioned from the breasts without removing parenchymal tissue properly, then the nipple-areolar complex can appear to project more after the operation. Care must be taken with this. Liposuction for gynecomastia suctions both fat and parenchymal tissue. It is not easy to perform sufficient suction using normal liposuction methods. If fat-emulsifying ultrasonic equipment, ULTRA-Z, is used sufficiently followed by EVA suction equipment with a strong vibration and suction power, it may be possible to carry out liposuction easily in this area.
