Mr.Dingxiang ZOU was a Senior Blasting Consultant for China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Ltd. before his retirement in 2013. He received his Master degree from the Mining Engineering Department of the Northeastern University, China. He is the author of 2 books and was the owner of 4 Key Projects of Science and Technical Research by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, China.
