Abstract

Several studies have shown, that Lachman’s-Test (the anterior drawer test of the knee in 0–15° of flexion) had a higher diagnostic accuracy in the clinical evaluation of acute anterior cruciate ligament insufficiencies than did the classic anterior drawer test of the knee in 90° of flexion (6, 7).
