Contribution to the study of water supplies in Oporto district

Organic Micropollutants in the Aquatic Environment

Summary

Fifteen polycyclic aromatic hidrocarbons were analized in water samples by high performance liquid chromatography.High sensitivity was obtained by use of an ultra-violet detector at 254 nm and a reverse phase C18 column with acetonitrile:water isocratic.Detection limits of 0,01 to 0,5 ng were obtained.
