Recent Developments in the Consistent Force Field Calculations

  • Conference paper
Dynamic Aspects of Conformation Changes in Biological Macromolecules

Summary

The general ideas underlying the consistent force field (CFF) method are described, and some new advances are briefly reviewed. The relations of the CFF to conventional empirical energy calculations and to quantum-chemical studies of large molecules are discussed.
