Abstract
Of what use would it be to know the minimum pressure in the bile duct existant at the moment of flow through the sphincter of Oddi? Does the number describing the pressure give us information we can apply? Do the numbers derived add to our understanding of disease processes? Do effective therapeutic decisions follow? And, for the sake of this workshop, is radiomanometry a useful method by which we can better understand the use of glucagon on the biliary tree?
