Abstract
One hundred and thirty-one species of rotifers, belonging to 40 genera, are reported from Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Of these, 101 are new records for the province and 21 are new records for Canada. Some species exhibited distinct differences from the original descriptions and are figured and discussed. Points of interest in species composition and distribution are noted.
