Social choice regarding the future of the economy involves institutions like government, parliament and political parties. But it also involves information. A real choice requires the equal and simultaneous presentation of feasible alternatives. This chapter attempts to provide this kind of information by examining and presenting the consequences of alternative policies in their economic context.
