Abstract
This chapter begins with a further synthesis of the commonalities and differences in capacity building , instructional leadership , and culturally responsive practices as well as recommendations for leadership preparation and policy across the countries included in this text. Next, the chapter highlights the value of comparative and challenges of international research studies to the field of educational administration preparation, practice, and policy . This chapter concludes with suggestions for future research in the international study of successful school principals (ISSPP).
