Capacities, Credibilities in Analysis of Probabilistic Objects by Histograms and Lattices

  • Conference paper
Data Science, Classification, and Related Methods

Summary

Capacities and credibilities appear in the modelling of objects described by random variables with probability distributions. The general aim is to extend standard data analysis to such objects. Only histograms and lattices are investigated in this more general setting. Sub-additive ergodic theorems are used as a tool in the histogram analysis of these objects.
