Zusammenfassung
Gerade angesichts einer zunehmenden Commoditisierung, die sich auf vielen Industriegütermärkten in den letzten Jahren beobachten lässt, kommt dem Pricing eine immer größere Bedeutung für Industriegüterunternehmen zu. Die für industrielle Transaktionen typischen Preisverhandlungen müssen daher stärker in den Fokus des Marketing-Managements gerückt werden. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird ein umfassender Management-Ansatz für das Preisverhandlungsmanagement vorgestellt. Dieser ermöglicht es, Preisverhandlungen fundiert zu analysieren, zu planen und zu steuern. Allerdings werden Unternehmen bei der Einführung eines solchen Management-Systems für Preisverhandlungen Widerstände in den eigenen Reihen überwinden müssen. Angesichts solcher möglichen Gegenstimmen kommt der Gestaltung des Implementierungsprozesses bei einem systematischen Preisverhandlungsmanagement eine besondere Bedeutung zu.
