Zusammenfassung
Bei der preisorientierten Aktionspolitik reduzieren Handelsunternehmen die Preise zeitlich begrenzt, um damit die Nachfrage zu stimulieren. Die vielfältigen Formen der preisorientierten Aktionspolitik im Handel werden in diesem Beitrag vorgestellt und jeweils kurz beurteilt. Aus Sicht des Managements werden strategische Überlegungen, so die Entscheidung zwischen EDLP-Strategie und Preisvariationspolitik, sowie taktische Überlegungen präsentiert. Der Zusammenhang zwischen der Preisdifferenzierung, die auch durch Preisaktionen realisiert werden kann, und der Kundensegmentierung wird erläutert und begleitende Aktivitäten bei der Aktionspolitik, so die Preisoptik und die Artikelplatzierung während einer Aktion, werden erklärt. Abschließend werden kurz- und langfristige Auswirkungen der Aktionspolitik auf das Konsumentenverhalten sowie Möglichkeiten zur Erfolgskontrolle präsentiert.
