There is no real neuronavigation without intraoperative imaging. But what is the potential of intraoperative imaging in neurosurgery? What are the differences between the different imaging modalities? What are the differences between the different intraoperative MRI (iMRI) systems? What are the limitations of these systems? What are the future perspectives in intraoperative imaging?
