Zusammenfassung

Die Neuropathia vestibularis acuta (Synonym: akuter einseitiger peripherer Labyrinthausfall) ist klinisch durch einen anfänglich sehr starken, anhaltenden, richtungsbezogenen Drehschwindel mit Gangabweichung und Fallneigung zur betroffenen Seite gekennzeichnet. Als Begleitsymptome kommen meistens Übelkeit und Erbrechen vor.
