Abstract
This is a short chapter included for the sake of completeness. There are two rare intraparenchymal tumours which have been treated with GKNS where there are published series to which one can refer. There are also a number of rare conditions which have been treated with the Gamma Knife and published as case histories. A list is found at the end of the chapter.
