Qualitätsmanagement (QM) wird sehr unterschiedlich verstanden. Die vertragszahnärztliche Praxis muss ein QM-System praktizieren, und weil dies eben als Pflichtaufgabe verstanden wird, wurden überwiegend Minimallösungen für Zahnarztpraxen entwickelt.
