Zusammenfassung
Mit der Aufnahme der BK 5103 „Plattenepithelkarzinome oder multiple aktinische Keratosen der Haut durch natürliche UV-Strahlung“ in die Liste der Berufskrankheiten zum 01.01.2015 ist jeder Arzt verpflichtet nach § 202 SGB VII den begründeten Verdacht auf das Vorliegen einer BK 5103 beim Unfallversicherungsträger zu melden. Die BK-Anzeige erfolgt mit dem Vordruck F 6000. Die Meldevoraussetzungen sind gegeben bei Vorliegen einer gesicherten Diagnose eines Plattenepithelkarzinoms (histologisch gesichert) der Haut oder multipler aktinischer Keratosen (klinisch oder histologisch gesichert), die sich an arbeitsbedingt UV- exponierten Körperstellen befinden, wenn der Versicherte im Laufe seines Berufslebens eine ausreichend intensive berufliche UVLichtexposition (>40 % der privaten Exposition) erworben hat.
