Zusammenfassung

Nach Agnoli [1] läßt sich folgende klinische Klassifizierung von Syndromen des alternden Gehirns aufstellen:

  1. 1)

    physiologisch alterndes Gehirn

  2. 2)

    pathologisch alterndes Gehirn einschließlich

    1. a)

      organisches Hirnsyndrom:

      • Gedächtnisstörungen

      • extrapyramidale Störungen

      • Pseudobulbärsyndrom

      • psychiatrische Symptome (vorwiegend Depression)

      • somatische Symptome (Schwindel, Ohrenklingen)

    2. b)

      chronische zerebrovaskuläre Störungen

    3. c)

      Multiinfarktdemenz

    4. d)

      Alzheimer-Demenz
