Zusammenfassung
Die Verbesserung der Fließeigenschaften des Blutes ist heute zu einem festen Bestandteil der therapeutischen Maßnahmen bei chronisch arteriellen Verschlußkrankheiten geworden. Einem Faktor der Fließeigenschaften des Blutes, der Verformbarkeit von Erythrozyten, wurde besondere Beachtung geschenkt, nachdem Ehrly und Mitarbeiter [1] sowie unabhängig davon Reid und Mitarbeiter [2] bei Patienten mit Durchblutungsstörungen eine verminderte Erythrozytenverformbarkeit, beurteilt an Hand der Erythrozytenfiltrabilität, 1976 beschrieben hatten. Mit bestimmten Pharmaka läßt sich die verminderte Erythrozytenverformbarkeit von Patienten und auch die Gewebeversorgung verbessern [3].
